Reclamation and processing
of off‑spec, distressed or mixed
crude and product streams.

Storage, treatment, blending and in‑tank transactions feeding Gulf Coast and cross-border flows.
Role in value chain
Converts complex field and legacy positions into standardized, tradable barrels and products.
From Off-Spec to Standardized, Tradable Barrels
Pure Aviation’s Gulf Coast reclamation and processing activities turn complex, off‑spec or distressed crude and product streams into standardized, tradable barrels. Facilities at Lufkin and across the Andrews/Permian area provide storage, treatment and processing capacity that support both trading and logistics mandates across the region.
Crude and product streams are received, assessed, treated and blended to meet agreed specifications. The focus is on well-understood, documented processes, with flows moving through a mix of rail, truck and terminal infrastructure into Gulf Coast and cross-border markets.
Operational capacity and processes are maintained and improved over time to support future trading and logistics flows, subject to the same governance and documentation standards.

Risk, governance and compliance
Reclamation and processing activities are run under the same safety, environmental and compliance expectations that apply across Pure Aviation’s wider operations.
